- Postage free for all UK addresses
- Exchange/refund on returned goods in good condition only
- Custom made sandals no refund or exchange
- If your order is not in stock, please allow 2 weeks for delivery, we appreciate your patience, as these sandals are purely and handmade for you, ample time is needed to make your pair of sandals as beautiful as you.
- All our organic beaded t-shirts are for children ages 6 and above, if you purchase for a child below the ages indicated this will be at your own risk and we at The Wam Baby Company will not take any responsibility
- All sandals if wished to purchase can be made with a sling back for a child extra support, preventing the sandals from falling off their feet.
Delivery
We recommend that orders be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Delivery from Kenya is a week and we can make up to 100 pairs a day. All sandals will be delivered directly to your door once arrived and assessed by our quality team in the UK.
Packaging
We use draw string bags using a locally sourced material commonly used in Kenya called “Kanga” which is made from 100% organic cotton. Wam Baby shoe bags are made by 2 local women who have lost their husbands and are trying to earn a living to support their families.
